Customers submit photographs of a 10×10 hail test square, and a HAAG-certified consultant reviews the photos for hail impact indicators (bruising, granule displacement, mat fractures, and punctures). NOAA hail storm dates near the property are cross-referenced. The consultant issues a detailed PDF report with a pass or fail determination, typically delivered within one business day. The report is emailed to the submitter and the adjuster.
